The Briller Group, LLC has placed Rob Greenhalgh as the Director Learning & Development for ADT. Rob is joining a newly developing Talent & Diversity function within ADT. He will work to identify, assess, and leverage existing programs where appropriate; as well as develop and create new programs. Rob will lead the design and execution of ADT’s strategy, processes, and tools to enhance and develop our employees’ learning experience in support of building their professional careers and in meeting current and future business priorities.
